I stayed here for a week a couple of years ago. We had a lot of issues here. My boyfriend got bad food poisoning after we ate at the Moonshadow Grille. We ended up having to stay the rest of our visit in the room because he couldn’t get out of bed. We paid over $50 there and no one cares about how sick he had gotten. The water was foggy. When I took a shower it felt like I got a chemical burn after I got out. The rooms were dirty and outdated. We had many issues and tried to talk to several people about it and no one seems to care. It’s really sad because I actually liked coming here for my vacations because of the beautiful Colorado River view.

It’s an adequate hotel but it’s Laughlin and none of the hotels in this area are nice. I only give it 3 stars because the pool is better than most of the hotels on the river. The room was old, no refrigerator and are you kidding me with ONE hook on the bathroom door for hanging a towel? This is the river! People are swimming and wet and there is ONE hook! People still smoke in Nevada so the casino is smoky. There’s 1 steak house, 1 24-hour diner, a tiny coffee place, Subway, Panda Express, pizza and Thrifty ice cream. And the general store? Not even open until 8am after most people have left for the lake or river. It’s clearly not setup for people going out early for their water adventures.

Moon Shadow Restaurant. Our server always, Danny. Service was fabulous and food was the same. One of the best Lobster Bisque ever. I recommend trying it and asking for Danny to serve you.

Absolutley the best place to go to celebrate any significant holiday! They put on the most AMAZING fireworks show you've ever seen!!! My jaw just drops at the grand finale and I can't control my screaming! Fantastic! My family and I have been coming here for years. We are locals. We just come for the day on every scheduled fireworks day and just enjoy the outdoor grass area with shade trees, amplified music, great vibe, authentic Indian foods, amazing beautiful, sandy beach access, close parking, bring your own food/drinks (NO glass!) access to casino. Just a great place to spend the whole day for the entire family! And free! Go here! You will not be disappointed!

One of my favorite places to go gamble, relax on a gorgeous beach, catch a new movie, or stop in for the night at one of the amazing rooms. Ask for a room over looking the river absolutely brilliant! Also the pool is wonderful, definitely worth a few nights stay.
